    Hi Mick

    No trouble at all

I have had dealings with nab, wbc, sgb, cba and anz + a credit union

It can come down to being branch specific - I am completely impartial with regard to banks (my goal is to deliver the best result to a client - ie lowest cost and ease of implementation) and have found nab to be the most competitive and flexible (again, I'll qualify this at a branch level - good local and astute manager) - as I mentioned earlier, the bank is there to do the loan, but they must be on the ball otherwise the whole process gets stalled (more time delays = more cost)

    Dealings have ranged from 150k - 2m

I have spent approx 18 months sourcing good providers and have the some excellent resources - as an example, I have been able to source fully compliant warrant docs for $180 from one provider (which are excellent) compared to other providers at +$1,500 for only one part of the package

This is product specific - just because you are with one institution doesn't preclude you from using another - you need to get the best result for you

    Cheers

    MK
