Off to the bank next week to see what sort of amount the bank will lend me.
What sort of yearly income would I need to borrow $650k if I have a $200k deposit?

im classed as a sub contractor and as such my income bounces around a bit.

Just looking for a ballpark figure so I don't appear as a complete idiot
