Numbers are:
80,000 is my income.
9,000 from investment property.
10-15,000 for wife.
House we like is $420,000, and we have a $50,000 deposit -
920 per month outgoings on investment and car loans.
Figuring that it might be hard to get this finance, we're certainly glad we don't live in Sydney!
