I think the problem is that the pure plays are not in a position to make a TO as they are suffering as well.

that leaves the diversifieds RIO and BHP.
IMO they should be making moves now, and then using their firepower in the spot market to purchase in the thin market.Get the spot back to $50 and they will double their targets value overnight. Its a no brainer. But there again we are talking about Kloppers and co. They never buy anything cheap!
I think the problem is that the pure plays are not in a position...
