That's not real fair.
This has been spoken about. The work they have done has made early investors 10-20X their money and have continually kicked goals. The fact they sold portions of their holding at a peak is not grounds to move them on.
This offer was conditional on ALL support from native groups and government, which they would have known may or may not of happened. BUT it would of been an enormous asset HAD it had the approval and blessing of all parties (5-10% chance), they rolled the dice.
