To me it’s more the warning light flashing that just two months after a huge management selldown they were even considering a dilutionary event above 30% when they’re still ramping up their main asset and haven’t yet fully digested their other overseas acquisition.

Whether or not the ERA asset is any good or not, this is the read through that matters. Are they still thinking like owners? Or is it now about getting as big as possible and continuing to sell the story?

(I say this as someone who greatly admires what they’ve done to date).
