In my opinion, the bottom and the turn around are now locked in .... spot market has lifted from lows of 18us per pound to around 30us per pound .... share prices of uranium equities have strongly jumped up ... cameco announced it plans to restart Cigar Lake indicating term contracts at a decent price may have been entered by Cameco very recently.
Will the market get stronger from here or fall back and be a false start ? I am punting on the uranium market doing a big run and hope I am not wrong. I have sold a few but am waiting for multiple bags from here. Uranium projects like Boss has can always scaleup resources and production profile. Heathgate has been operating right through the uranium bear market boding well for Honeymoon approx 100km away and which is an insitu leach project just like the Khazaks mine in Khazatomprom.
