Don't get it. Boss Market cap just over 50m. PEN market cap a tad under 80.
Boss not within cooee of producing anything and will require a lot of capital to get to that point. PEN actually producing and getting to the point where they won't need to tap the market any more.
Either Boss is very overvalued or PEN is undervalued?
Same argument could apply for VMY as well.
