    Hi Tony and Wayne,

As you've been 'chatting' away to each other about how the libraries and therefore prospects for PYC continue to improve the question popped into my head about whether or not prospective 'partners' also see better prospects down the track - and that they'd be happy sitting there waiting for it to evolve?

...and, if the platforms continue to evolve, where does it end up? Obviously that's a rhetorical question as one couldn't possibly know the answer, but where along that continuum do PYC get cash in bank to pay overheads? Is the science getting so exciting and moving so fast that the team at PYC don't have the chance to commercialise it?

One such possible example could be Genetech. In theory the initial collaboration is still going, but the speculation is clearly around whether they've in fact dropped the 1st generation outcomes and are talking about a 'new' collaboration based on 2nd generation libraries, but, perhaps that's put off until the endosomal escape trap opportunities arise, or until a new upside down synthetic screened library (or whatever it is) is built.

I'd be interested in your thoughts about the ability to commercialise such fast moving tech.

    Thanks in advance.
