There seems to be endless science available for followers of this company, it is certainly the commercialisation that is the problem. I wonder weather the endosomal escape trap technology is going to make any real difference to anything. I guess the bottom line is not weather the escape trap technology works, but weather PYC actually has a number of peptides that actually do escape the endosomes to deliver cargo. Ultimately if we're trying to commercialise the libraries then that is what really matters. The fact that cpp's escape the endosomes or not can possibly be proven a few different ways. The actual escape trap technology if patented could be a secondary income stream I guess, but PYC seems to be all about licensing a peptide to create income- something we don't seem to be even close to doing at the moment.
