I understand that even the US results were not as statistically significant compared to Australia then why would the director of a reputed dermatology center would make such a statement. It appears to be some error in reporting or presentation of US trial results as the outcome appears to be positive.

Given that BOT has made a statement based on the results


This would indicate that if the investigators thought the phase 2 did not meet the primary or secondary endpoint, this will be the end of the acne trials. Given that BOT decided to take it to phase 3 would indicate that they are positive on the outcome irrespective of US data.




The market will react to the negative sentiment as the results are not clear or presented clearly, however, staying calm and not making rash uninformed decision could save you some $$$.

I am hoping to see a clarification about the US data before the opening bell. Good Luck to all holders.
