In this mornings ann. 2nd Para. of ann read in part 'the company will proceed with the allotment process...etc...for the shortfall' So a shortfall of 88mil odd.
If they take em up here well I guess that indicates a support level.Now where's that bottom drawer ...ah Mongolia.
