Not too sure about bursting. Been at least double the buyers then sellers for the last few trading days. Today it is more like 3:1. But just getting stuck around 12 or 12.5. Most the buyers are around the 10-11 cent mark. Volume at those levels hasn't really moved in the last few trading days.
I hope it 'bursts', but looks more like a steady crawl upward.
