Imo the strategy is working for them. They aren't looking for people to sell at 17.5c even though that would be nice (like the bigger sell at 3pm). All they want is a nice solid group of sellers at 18c rather than any higher.

Bots are there to stop the price climbing and making it more expensive.

What I do find strange is the bot is accumulating so slowly. I would have thought the larger buys would be much higher in volume at 18c.
