if someone wants to sell that quantity they normally arrange a transfer between brokers.
Saw that the other day when nearly 600k NKPO went through as one trade.
Price wasn't affected at all....actually ended up on the day.

Of course if they'd dumped them on market without a price limit then someone would have got some cheap oppies as they are thinly traded.
