As stated in the post, it was not a prediction.

Posters previously provided predictions such as -
1)BFS release imminent
2)X JV or takeover by year end.

No evidence of either.
SP indicates that both are some way off. I was merely endeavouring to provide a possible explanation / scenario as to the reason why the sp is underperforming and, imho, will continue to do so. Alternatively a deal may be signed with X b4 year end.

Also as stated some tome ago, I do not much care what the sp is or endeavoure to predict. It is all about a low risk entry in the early stages of a 'confirrmed' an uptrend and an exit early into the downtrend.
