Can anyone explain how to trade like this in Australia on the ASX? I'd love to set up a counter-bot to combat this crap:

It has gotten to the point where the trades are soooooo... small that they're just tinkering around to get the stock to close back at the open value. I would just love some insight to work out if it is actually buying or selling.
It seems to be attempting a 'whack' every now and then to hit stop-losses?
