Yeah it's so wrong that your buys can be seen and the shares effectively stolen in the split-second before your order is executed.
It completely undermines the legitimacy of claiming to operate a transparent market.
It is clearly an unfair advantage and hard to appreciate any legitimate reason a few microseconds delay is not instituted to bring this sly advantage to an end.
