When do you think BOT and big pharma will talk about a deal?

I'm surprised they've waited this long.

However I now think we will see big pharma before the end of the calendar year (and before Q4 sales report) for these reasons:

Valuation: Before Sofdra's full market performance is known, Botanix's valuation might be based more on projections and potential rather than solid revenue figures. If Sofdra's Q4 report shows strong sales, the company's market value could increase significantly, making an acquisition more expensive.

Risk vs. Reward: Big Pharma might see an opportunity to acquire Botanix at a lower price before the success of Sofdra is fully realized. This is a common strategy where the acquiring company is willing to take on more risk in exchange for the possibility of higher rewards if the product succeeds.

Negotiating Power: Once strong sales figures are reported, Botanix could have more leverage in negotiations, driving up the acquisition price. A pre-report acquisition could allow Big Pharma to negotiate more favorable terms.
