No, BOT has been Australian-based (Registered in North Perth, Western Australia) for quite some time, with a minor Office in the US. BOT only recently took up a lease in Pennsylvania at the Radnor Financial Center, presumably to give them more US gravitas, and of course conduct operations from there with its US sales focus.
