surprising to me this isn't being scooped up at anything below 40. Its a steal and time is ticking. I would have thought the funds would be more eager than patient here, but it's being pushed back pretty easily so clearly not.
The delays are irrelevant as the de-risking stage of proving we can sell it is absolutely underway. Once that show up sales and satisfaction... the rest is just a process. Sellers might just get the timing all wrong here.
