On a fully diluted basis, there was ~1,960 million shares on issue before this proposal. Assuming this proposal gets shareholder approval (you can of course vote note), there will be ~1,996 million. That's a ~1.8% increase, dragging valuation by ~5 cents per share (assuming we hit ~$3/sh) - and all subject to hitting some meaningfully rewarding milestones for shareholders. If you want the best, you have to pay for the best.

Whilst ultra degree clarity would help calm some shareholder nerves, we need to appreciate withholding some info is strategically wise. If competing products knew the full pricing model, they would pivot their business models at a critical time.
