~A$3/sh is my current Base Case val and an example of the drag in dollar terms. ~1.8% drag in relative terms if you want to do away with dollars.
The furthest tranche requires hitting US$250M in annual revenue. Put a reasonable 5x revenue multiple on that and it's a ~A$1.8 billion company, still a ~2.5x from current levels. I'd be happy to pay if that was achieved and hence voting for at the upcoming AGM.
