yep, it will have. But if this does not get the lift off we hope and the price hangs around here... many of us won't do well at all whilst management will still have a very significant amount of profit from the free performance shares. I am not against remunerating extremely well. Just don't make it zero priced. I would rather they gave triple the amount of options to them at a conversion price where we are now. At least give them $ for a share price moving up from here.
