I'm not sure if the CBD in their patent is to be taken as the actual molecule - it'd be then irrelevant if it's synthetic or natural ?- but being this a Swiss company you'd think they 'd know their claims ( The World Intellectual Property Organization has its headquarters in Geneva).....
