Doesn't stop people speculating and not buying because they think one is coming. I imagine as we get closer to p2 results in Sept that the speculation of a CR will be gone and the run into results will begin. If they were going to raise it would be soon, they wouldn't be doing it in the weeks leading into results.
As I said earlier I don't expect they will raise now, unless it's to a cornerstone
