As it it stands is correct, but BOT will have time to amend their application once more detail is known from the trials. I wouldn't get too worked up about the ISA opinions just yet. Also, Matt is a patent lawyer? BOD seem to think we have a strong case for patents, I can remember reading that in some early BOT paraphernalia.
