Look I really don't know where we are at but if I have to take a stab in the dark, I personally believe by now, with marketing, with the amount of sales people on the ground, additional practitioners this was all opened to after the first quarter - I think we are now anywhere between 18,000 - 26,000 patients and I think the refill rate remains very close to 100% as if not something that most people will go out and cancel, especially if its working or being used in conjunction with other medications as some with HH need based on what some Redditors say -they use multiple products.
IF this is true and we are even at 22,000 prescriptions being filled per month now, that's 9.9m a month at 450usd NET. That's 29m a quarter or 118m a year.
I feel that if these numbers aren't already being filled in terms of prescriptions, then there is no way that we would have gained access to the 48m debt facility. Further to this, the debt facility comes with caveats reflecting the release of the second apportionment of funds as it is split from memory and this caveat i think is around performance or patient count.
DYOR but IMHO we are heading toward $1.00 - what we are feeling now is just growing pains and it'll all soon be over with and we'll fight to get through the next SP hurdle.
