Between getsofdra.com web traffic and new weekly customer data, per company disclosure 2 Feb-6 Apr (9 weeks), there was a correlation co-efficient of 0.65 and p-value 0.057. Suggesting a moderately strong positive relationship between web traffic and new customer numbers. However, p-value > 0.05 (marginally) showed some early stage launch randomness, probably due to largely HCP-driven scripts that bypass the web DTC channel given the early-stage of launch, and also noting a small sample size of n=9.
As more data becomes available and customers continue to adopt the web DTC channel, I think this correlation will trend towards 1 and the p-value will come down, allowing us to forecast more confidently.
