i don’t know why, but my gut says the same power that is manipulating the SP and accumulating, will be connected to or WILL be the same group that will take over BOT.
most likely wont be directly connected to the company making a take over bid, but indirectly, affiliates etc.
this will heavily discount the price that they will actually pay in the end, as it will be coming back into their pockets.
just my theory... and a bit of intuition i guess.
