That particular sell order is more likely a case of someone trying to be first in the sell queue.
Whether there is a concerted effort to keep the price down I am not going to express an opinion, but I will point out that in the past year this has quintupled in price, it is highly likely alot of people took profits when this didn't rocket on the trial results.
