I think 'approval' while the target most are going for there is also the 'approval for what'? what does that little piece of paper say.

one could say cannabis has been approved by say the tga but available under the SAS. I take it would be the same under orphan / palliative care / or as we have seen for covid emergency use. little bit hard to say it could kill you if you are in palliative care. (go figure cannabis vs chemotherapy - we run out of ideas let's just kill stuff and hope it's not too much) biggest killer are those infections caused by chemo and no immune system.
