Hi folks, I've been doing some DD while having already taken a small position here as an initial entry. Im trying to understand the licensing structure for SB. (Yes, I'm lazy..so hoping exisiting holders can save me crawling through prior announcements. )
1. Brickel were planning to submit FDA application, but instead pivots to selling it to Botanix for $9M instead. Does anyone have any context as to why Brickel did this given the potential for this drug to generate tens of millions?
2. Is BOT receiving royalties from Kaken, what were the terms of the licence agreement?
3. Who owns the patent/IP for SB?
