Thanks for the reply jj - I'm aware of MC's pedigree, but to date our IP is still pretty skinny IMO (although Permetrex helps). I was more pointing to the fact that it seems we are making some progress after several iterations attempting to protect the treatment method. I've been holding for a good while and am across the impossibility patenting CBD directly etc. etc. Was more looking for confirmation from others in the know that we appear to be making some headway...
