Exactly - I've been watching patent applications being updated / succeded as we've travelled along, but (i think) we still haven't achieved patent protection for our lead products to treat the target indications. I completely understand that this could be like trying to bottle unicorn milk given the impossibility of patenting CBD (which is a naturally occuring molecule) and fully appreciate that there may well be many iterations/updates/improvements to the claims/application before we finally strike upon a version that provides the protection we're all looking for. IMO, this would SIGNIFICANLTY de-risk the whole venture and should put upward pressure on the SP accordingly. As we're playing in a space where OTC formulations / rip-offs / copy-cats are a foreseeable threat, any progress towards defending our IP should be of interest to us all IMO!
