This may just be more of a perspective thing, those of us who don't have millions in a war chest look for the penny stocks and are happy when it goes to $1.
The ones with millions look for the dollar stocks and start from there as it already has more potential by then and a proven record, a lot of people who got in early start to sell at this time so it is probably just a shift if commodities.
