Definitely agree, NEU is focused on a very rare disease whereas BOT is focused on a highly prevalent condition. Granted, acne, sweating and rosacea don't rank very high on the scale of medical conditions, people are (at least in the developed world) willing to spend whatever it takes to improve their physical appearance (just look at the market for cosmetic laser and injections and how much they can charge per treatment)
