According to the Euroz Hartley.. analysis report from May last year the patent for the compound itself expires in 2027 but with allowance for time taken for trials and approval process it could be extended until 2031.
Other patents for use of SB in hyperhidrosis or SB in crystalline form and patents for the application system all expire between 2034 and 2040.
Not sure if the other patents can be extended.
