I think it's just weak hands - and I mean that in the nicest possible way. The amount of daily trade is minimal - this isn't big players. I think it just represents those who were expecting a decent jump on news of the mid cycle review, and when that didn't happen, they've decided to put their money elsewhere. September is a long time to wait in this world environment of high inflation, high (and perhaps increasing) interest rates, and other uncertainty. Perhaps many of those selling are taking a nice profit if they bought in less than 4-5 months ago for 5c or 6c. The persistent decline is on a very low volume.
