I think share holders will be rewarded for their patience on this one. FDA will re-rate this stock and share holders with newly restored faith and rewards I am sure would be happy to support the company further. I for one would not participate in a credit raise if the share price does not re-rate significantly as the opportunity cost of having my money sitting in this investment for 5 years plus would not have paid off.
