Interested parties will stay on the sideline for as long as they possibly can , gathering more certainty everyday and watching Risk Reduce..
Big Pharma aren't fools that's why they are big Pharma $$$$ they also have SH and are aware they need to show a return on their own SH Investment...
There are definitive milestones going through the FDA approval process,,, when you hear they are down to the final weekly meetings thats when you may see BP play their hand...
