am also at 84% currently.. I didn't spend 3 - 4 years averaging down, taking risks and doing my head in for 84%... I need to multiply my money a fair bit before selling.
I need to buy a house and am seeking to a have a loan no greater than 25% - 50% LVR.. so daddy needs a big deposit.
