This will be Kaken's reach, so like when Kaken out-licensed to South Korea and BOT get royalties, I imagine it will be the same if Kaken out-licences to China. BOT have always said that Kaken have the opportunity to out-licence to 'certain asian countries'. I expect that means BOT will be free to make it's own out-licensing arrangements for distribution in Europe, Africa, Australia, etc.
