I believe you have to go back and resubmit which could've slowed the process down. They wouldn't have wanted to take any risks in the first instance. get this approved for armpits as it was already to go and when they go back to get hands and feet gel approved they can add permatrex to them. that way we aren't delaying or adding extra risk at approval.
