I don't quite understand how your formula helps. Sure, using NEU you can come up with a BOT SP of $1.10. But if instead if you used a company with less than half the dilution of NEU, but 2/3 of the revenue (CUV), your formula values BOT at $0.67. So why use the NEU outcome over the CUV outcome when guesstimating SP at a certain MC?
