What do you mean dilution? You can't measure dilution, or I guess you wouldn't measure it in a valuation model. It's irrelevant to the valuation (unless you are perhaps imputing that there could be a future increase in shares outstanding). if you hold shares outstanding constant though, there's no dilution to be considered (dilution refers to a positive change in the number of shares outstanding)
You can do a market cap/revenue analysis for all stocks, any notion of "dilution" shouldn't be thought about
