My guess is that Matt and Vince have a big fat $ figure in mind for a buyout. If they can get the right dollars they will sell, if they can’t, then they commercialize and use the income to progress acne & rosacea while also looking for more low hanging fruit from other US pharmaceuticals in financial distress until that big fat $ figure becomes a reality. They have not been in BOT this long for peanuts. All just a wild guess.
