Thanks for asking Ham90 as you made me go looking for myself. It seems I started using the 300k number of scripts following a post from @Lev20 using the above.
But I now note that the Euroz Hartley's BOT Review from April this year actually says that 1script = 1 month’s supply, or 2 x bottles.
Kaken's Consolidated Financial Result for 1st Quarter of Fiscal 2023 estimates Ecclock revenue for 2023FY at ¥1,900,000,000. Divide that by ¥9748 (2 x bottles) = 194,911 scripts for 2023FY. With Ecclock's trending +50% growth, we should be looking at 300,000 scripts in Japan in 2024FY.
