I wonder BOTs label negotiations were broad as apparently Sofporonium Bromide has off label use benefits according to RCT study below. Hypersalivation occurs in a vast majority of patients on anti-psychotics (clozapine). SB has been shown to reduce this and improve QOL (quality of life scores). If this is the case labeling may be able to stretch as benefits may be beyond AHH.
This could increase the TAM of SB making it even more valuable.
