I don't think it's strange at all. Some people are likely taking a good profit from when they bought in at 6.6c, 9c or 12c (the last 3 raises). My mate had his broker ring him a few weeks ago saying take the %100 profit. Makes the broker look good, and the client has still made good money, and so they move on. No broker or institution out there will say FDA approval is guaranteed - they just can't do that. But it all but is!
